Skilled Burnie Ten
The Skilled Burnie Ten maintains the position of Australia's premier 10 kilometre road race. It provides an internationally recognised event that attracts high profile media coverage for the city and region, and guarantees exposure for its sponsors while encouraging top ranking athletes and the community to participate at the highest level of competition and spirit.
Yet again, 2008 broke another record with 4,216 registrations. With the introduction of the Hazell Bros Walkers category and Hazell Bros Waterfront Festivities, 2009 will be an event to watch for the 25th Anniversary Celebration.
